Details on “The Experience”

Day 1: The Arrival

Fly in Thursday evening in to Ft Lauderdale international or West Palm Beach airports. Anthony will pick you up and take you to the determined hotel. After checking in and possibly unwinding a bit, Anthony will have dinner plans set in either the hotel restaurant or a nearby establishment. Your experience includes only the finest dining Delray Beach and Boca Raton have to offer. From there you and Anthony can review the weekend’s agenda and what to expect from the 5 intense training sessions that will occur within the next 72 hours.

Day 2: Time to Train

Your wakeup call will be approximately 5:30am. Hopefully you got good nights sleep because you’ll be training twice today. Anthony will pick you up at 6am, downstairs in the hotel lobby. You’ll be off to the gym for the first training session. Shortly after your workout, you’ll be served the perfect post workout breakfast at Anthony’s favorite local diner.

A little free time will be nice. Your second session does not begin until 6pm. There is plenty of beach, sun and shopping in the area to kill the time.

Your next session will be quite taxing, but Anthony makes sure to stay informative and in tune to your needs each step of the way. Afterwards expect another fine dining experience on what will likely be an exciting Friday night environment in downtown Delray Beach.

Day 3: The Best is Yet to Come

Your day prior was tough. You experienced an early wake up while late to go to bed, plus nearly 3 hours of training in between. For you and Anthony its business as usual. You’ll be off to the gym no later than 8am for your third workout in less than 30 hours. Today will be intense, but not as urgent. It’s Saturday morning, and although you’re going to train your hardest, you won’t rush the process. Anthony has planned another fulfilling breakfast at his favorite diner to follow your training. Hopefully if the weather permits, you both can catch some rays at the beach. Regardless, plan on spending an hour or so diving headfirst into:

  • Why you were interested in this challenge?

  • What you would like to get out of it?

  • Exploring your goals and development of an action plan to attain them

Round two will be at approximately 4pm. The days second session usually revolves around leg training, which has been known to be the most difficult of all Anthony’s sessions. Just prior, you and Anthony will spend time and effort preparing for such a workout, gearing up for a record breaking hour of accomplishment in the gym.

The night will finish with another healthy dinner and a few hours of unwinding with Anthony and his close friends.

Day 4: What an Accomplishment!

Just one more session to go! Anthony will pick you up in the morning for your final training session. You can count on another great workout before you and Anthony head to the airport in route home. Anthony likes to save the easier muscle groups for his last day with you, which usually boils down to an intense bicep/tricep circuit.

Depending on your flight arrangements, you and Anthony will figure out what breakfast options are avaliable.

The Experience commences when Anthony drops you off at the airport Sunday afternoon, but communication does not need to stop as Anthony always keeps in touch with his valued clientele.

  • Four or 5 star hotel accommodations

Booking: A 50% non-refundable deposit and 1 week notice is required. Upon arrival the remaining amount is to be collected.
