Anthony Presciano calls this, “The Experience”, and the list of people that have gone thru such training is short, and extremely select. Presciano has trained major recording artists for music tours and video shoots, actors for upcoming movies and media projects, as well as NFL, MLB and NBA professional athletes.

Presciano’s focal points revolve around three basic fundamentals, instilled immediately within anyone he works with. They are as follows:

Seek perfection of character

Presciano Comments: “I learned this from my father, a Second Degree black belt and instructor of Shotokan Karate. This was recited as ritual prior to us engaging in any exercise, match or kata. Seeking perfection of character is a staple in any one man’s agenda; one that is actually making a solid impact on the world we live in. The search for perfection is ongoing by the way, as your character can continue to expand, grow and strengthen. Character strength lays the foundation for success in the gym, at the office and amongst family and friends.”

Strive to be the best and success will follow

Presciano Comments: “I remember this quote coming to me when I was a sophomore in high school. I was on a football team that went 0-11, so as you can imagine I was miserable. The only thing that kept me going was the only thing I could control; how hard I worked towards what I believed in. Trying to define success before you catch it is nonsense. To often people determine what will make them a success before they even dish out a little blood and sweat. The most gratifying feeling we can attain is the feeling of maximum output and performance. You really have to get out of your comfort zone to move at your best. I guarantee if you do though, you’ll know exactly what success is.”

Celebrate fear with victory

Presciano Comments: “I am a big ambassador of fear. Fear is an ingredient that must be in each
goal or dream we have. Fear will detour the weak, confuse the faithless and anoint the strong.
The best part of fear is that it’s easy to find. We all know what we want out of life, and if we are truthful with ourselves we are not afraid to set extreme standards. It’s not fair to kid yourself or limit your own expectations. The one fact is that this is the exact place where fear hides- right smack dab in the middle of your wildest ambitions. So then it makes sense…celebrate fear if you find it, because you are one step closer to victory.”

For the first time Anthony Presciano is opening up his philosophies on training, dieting and overall health & fitness management to his peers, fans and just about anyone else who shares a passion for living life to its fullest.
