Life is extremely busy. I am a bit lazy this morning, tapped out early after a rough week. Plus I hit the road for a 5 mile run this morning, just about got all 5 miles in without walking one bit. I imagine I'll be back up to speed soon, its been two weeks of putting on the breaks for all workouts- two weeks since I had the photo shoot in LA for REPS! Magazine. HELLO EVERYONE!!! I am back, - seriously, I am ready to rock and roll! You may have wondered what the hell happened to me over the last few months, well I honestly just needed a break. Happy Mother's Day to all of you moms out there!! A special thanks to my mom for raising the perfect child! Just kidding, I was a pain in the ass actually. Okay, so here are some updates- a lot going on in my life right now. First and foremost I am getting leaner and finally have a six-pack back, especially by Friday- Friday I should be getting to the point where I will feel leeean!!! Its Thursday evening and I just got done hitting up a 3.5 mile run/walk. Earlier today I trained 5 body parts, so as you can imagine, I am exhausted. Just this week I have started a new program, one that I developed for a client actually. I figured I would give it a shot considering this particular clients goals are the same as mine, i.e. to get shredded while keeping the muscles looking dense.
